Daydream Discus is dedicated to providing a swift and efficient service to its customers. Customers wishing to purchase from the website can do so by following the instructions on screen in the shop pages. We accept payments via paypal and customers who do not wish to transmit their card details electronically can telephone us at the shop and we can take care of the transaction over the telephone.
Ordering
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation notice. This is only to confirm we have received your order, no contact will exist between Daydream Discus and yourselves until we send you an invoice. We have taken this measure to ensure that we can fulfil your order to your and our satisfaction. While we endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible mistakes can happen. No payment is taken from your account until the invoice is issued.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT charged at 17.5%.
Shipping Costs
We can deliver to most mainland areas in the UK All shipping charges are at cost. We have included a general next day shipping charge via Royal Mail for weights up to 1kg. Other delivery options are of course available and if you have any questions then please phone us. All shipping is fully insured for complete peace of mind. Shipping charges are subject to change e.g. if the items ordered exceed 1kg, or the delivery area is remote. In such cases you will be contacted by us to advise you and gain consent.
With deliveries where a signature is required it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery can be made. If this is not done a card will be left with instructions of how to arrange another time.
We primarily send items out via Royal Mail or City Link depending on delivery requirements.
Delivery Timescale
All orders placed will be processed the same day with dispatch on the evening or the morning after order. If you require special delivery requirements e.g. deliveries on a certain day of the week, then please telephone us to arrange.
Out of Stock Items
Daydream Discus do not back order items. If an item unexpectedly becomes out of stock you will be notified of this by us by e mail or telephone.
Guarantees and Returns.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard guarantee. Details of which will be found with your goods where applicable. Warrantees will need to be registered with the manufacturer by the customer.

Remittance
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch without exception. Daydream Discus reserve the right to decline any sale at any time with reason.
